Annual and Routine Care
Your current state of health is dependent upon many factors. Our bodies were made complex! Routine care helps you and your health care provider review your general state of health based on your individual demographics . For example, women in an age-demographic generally are screened with PAP exams to rule-out abnormal cell growth that may be suggestive of cervical cancer. This usually happens in their 20s. Another example is the subpopulation-demographic of teenagers. Teens need routine care and screening for behaviors and cognitive thoughts which may affect their potential they transition into being a young adult. In a gender-demographic, men whose fathers have cardiovascular disease and heart conditions, including high blood pressure, will benefit from routine care and screening in early adulthood. Early detection results in better outcomes. Discuss what routine care and screening means for you.
Hormones
It’s the latest buzz word in health these days. Hormones are like words strung together in a sentence. We use words to communicate to other people so we can function effectively, in the greater system of our community. Our bodies use hormones to talk with cells, causing biochemical communication, resulting in our body systems functioning effectively together.
Hormones communicate with cells while you eat, sleep, laugh, talk, walk and balk. They respond to each other, to you, and your environment. They are part of your body’s ability to perform. Hormone therapy may optimize your health and sense of wellbeing.
Mental Health Support
Mental health support is a place to start if you have been struggling with anxiety, depression, PMS, or other conditions that are psychologically challenging. You will continue your psychological wellbeing in conjunction with others, not just yourself and your thoughts. Start here in Primary Care at Aloha Health Clinic. It is a safe place that provides guidance to build that team you need. Mental health support in the primary care setting provides an initial evaluation, lab draws to rule-out contributing factors, treatment plans for vitamins, supplements, medications, and referrals as needed. Creative outlets are also implemented to compliment your healing including Outdoor Recreation, Art therapy, Reiki and Mindfulness. Aloha Health Clinic is located a block away from the Loop Trail and Columbia River where nature can provide a healing environment.
Nutrition Consultation and Guidance
Nutrition is assessing what macronutrients and micronutrients are deficient or in-abundance. Laboratory analysis and clinical exam provide starting points in creating a treatment plan. These numbers and qualitative information from your visit, guides reduction and supplementation recommendations. Treatment plans may include hormone analysis, life style evaluation, and prescription medications. These are personalized for you.
Chronic Care
It is inevitable. We age. As our timeline extends out, the cumulation of choices made and factors out of our control, affect our health. Chronic care includes diagnoses such as Diabetes Type II, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Obesity, Asthma, COPD, Hypothyroidism, Autoimmune diseases. These chronic conditions require management; meaning controlling symptoms through exercise, nutrition, medications, vitamins, supplements, and lifestyle. Management works to reduce the wear and tear of your body systems and structure so that you can anticipate an extended timeline. Implementing a comprehensive plan can help achieve this extension.
Exercise Consultation
We all know what this means but we may not know what this looks like, how to implement, and adhere. Come and visit with me to create a plan for how to start. Continue to schedule appointments for accountability and adjustments to your treatment. Really, it does not have to be hard. Take the first step.
Medical Aesthetics
Triggering our own bodies’ mechanisms for healing is a way to produce smoother skin, reduce the appearance of scars, and help with hair restoration. I use micro blading, microderm-abrasion, and plasma rich proteins from your own blood supply to promote rejuvenation to the skin and hair. Set up a consultation.

Payment is rendered by the patient directly to the clinician. This provides ease of access to your primary care provider, avoids costly administrative burdens, and provides low Provider-Patient ratios.” [TRENDS IN DPC 2022/HINT.COM]
—-In cases such as unforeseen accidents and severe acute illness ER visits may necessary. Patients are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage—-
